Base Registration

This base fee covers the main overhead costs of renting a venue for us to use

We operate this way because we are a "not-for-profit", self-organized conference that relies solely on its attendees to fund these meetings.Â
Second charge
Post-Meeting Split
Costs for all extra activities are totaled at the conclusion of the conference. This total is then divided equally among all attendees.
